These terms govern your use of InfNZ Domains ("we", "us"). By creating an account or registering a subdomain you agree to them.
A subdomain registration grants you the right to use the name for the paid period. The parent domain remains ours. Registrations renew only when paid (manually, or automatically from your wallet when auto-renew is on).
After expiry a name enters a grace period (renewable at the normal price, DNS parked), then redemption (restore fee applies), after which it is deleted and may be registered by anyone.
You must keep your account details accurate. You are responsible for all content served from and email sent via your subdomain.
We may suspend or delete names that violate the Acceptable Use Policy, are used for fraud, or when required by law, with or without refund depending on the violation.
Prices exclude applicable taxes. Refunds, where granted, are credited to your account wallet unless required otherwise by law.
Service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
